Returns & Exchanges


Returns
Poseidon Gear Inc. will accept, for return or exchanges, items in unused condition. Item must be shipped within 14 days after initial order date. Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will reach out to you to notify you that the refund has been processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or form of payment that was used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 Business days for the refund to process.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received the item upon purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Clearance items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturing process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@poseidongear.com and send your item to:  1311 Commerce Ln, Suite #3 Jupiter, FL 33458. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items which do not fall under “defective or damaged from manufacturing process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and buyer will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your product is defective or damaged in manufacturing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, for non-defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
